For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.

We also accept all HSA debit cards.

We do not accept any HMO dental plans. If you do not know which you have your card will say.

Humana, Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem) and Active Duty Tricare we ask that you pay the cost up front for your visit and bill your insurance for reimbursement.
